The District 8 Commander has promised to award the Commander of the Post with the highest membership above 90% in the District with a $25- Emblem Sales gift certificate, shortly after convention, provided the Post submits ALL required reports prior to convention, including CPR and officers reports. This will be in effect throughout the ensuing 2008 membership year as well.
